Code Red: It’s here. The Fantasy Football playoffs. If you didn’t take my advice all season and missed the playoffs, you can probably just exit out of this tab. If you did take my advice and cruised to the playoffs in your league, keep on reading. It’s do or die now and one little mistake can cost you a chance at a Fantasy Football championship. Your lineup has got to be in good shape and it’s more important than ever to hunt the waiver wire like never before. In today’s article, I am going to tell you about the top rookies you’ll want to have so you can keep on advancing and win the ‘ship.

Fantasy Football Rookie MVPs

Justin Jefferson – Minnesota Vikings – WR

Move over, Randy Moss. There is a new great Vikings rookie wide receiver and his name is Justin Jefferson. The LSU product was slept on in the draft and that just seems straight stupid now. This man is putting up some crazy numbers and has become the favorite target of Kirk Cousins. Jefferson is averaging over 12 fantasy points per game and has become a must-start wide receiver for all fantasy teams. In his last four games, he has not scored less than 13 points and has scored as many as 19. He faces a Bucs secondary that is coming off brutal back-to-back losses.

D’Andre Swift – Detroit Lions – RB

It took awhile, but D’Andre Swift finally put together a few really good games for the Detroit Lions. Then he immediately sat for three games after a nasty concussion that he suffered. He hasn’t played since Week 10 but he will be back for Week 14 and he should get a ton of usage.

The Lions have been relying on Adrian Peterson quite a bit in the red zone over the last three weeks as he’s scored four touchdowns but those touches will now go to Swift. He has games over 24 and 20 points and he is facing a Packers defense that hasn’t been special against the run. Swift is expected to be in double digit points this week, grab him up and use him if you can.

Brandon Aiyuk – San Francisco 49ers – WR

Aiyuk was massively slept on in the NFL Draft and he is making the teams that passed on him pay for it. When he has been healthy or without COVID-19, Aiyuk looks like a star in the making. He is averaging more than 10 points per game and in his last four, he has racked up double digit points with a touchdown and more than 75 yards in his last three. He is Nick Mullen’s go-to target and you should keep rolling with the hot hand.

Rodrigo Blankenship – Indianapolis Colts – K

Just a few weeks ago, I mentioned that the kicker is an undervalued position and that they should get more love. Rodrigo Blankenship is getting all the love in Indy this year. He took over for Adam Vinateri and has hit 24/47 kicks and averages more than eight fantasy points per game. He is the sixth best kicker available.
